Micro-Vu’s Vertex and Excel automated measuring systems are high-precision, vision-based metrology machines designed for fast, accurate dimensional inspection of parts. The Vertex is a versatile bench-top CNC multi-sensor system that combines high-resolution optical measurement with optional probes and lasers for detailed 3D inspection of small to medium parts. The Excel uses a gantry-style stage to accommodate larger parts and fixtures while maintaining the same camera-based accuracy and multisensor flexibility as Vertex. Both systems run Micro-Vu’s InSpec Metrology Software, which offers intuitive point-and-click measurement programming, automated calibration, and clear reporting of geometry and tolerances.
