Water soluble anti-corrosive T 2294 – DEWE Brünofix

Water soluble anti-corrosive T 22944 is an anti-corrosive solution for iron and steel, water-soluble and nitrite-free for a temporary corrosion protection for intermediate storage of work pieces in interior room.
Not suitable for final depositions. Potential use for blank and phosphate treated parts. Development of a thin passive coating by drying, the coating can be painted (depending on the paint type and prior test).

Delivery format: Ready to use in 10 and 20 l plastic canisters or in a 200 l plastic barrel.

Application: In the immersion process, subsequent drying (for example, with hot air)
Dilute 1 – 3 % of Passivierung T 2294 in water (for example: Add to final rinse)

Bath control:
Via hand-held refractometer and pH measuring instrument. The measured value results in % Passivierung T 2294. The pH value should not drop below pH 8
