The Crankshaft Gauge is for checking e.g. radial deviation of crankshaft, bearing clearance etc.

• Checking for e.g. radial deviation of crankshaft, bearing clearance etc
• Can be used also as a cylinder gauge
• Range: web of crank deflection from 45 to 500 mm, depending on instrument and measuring range
• Available with an analogue indicator (resolution 0.01 mm) or a digital indicator (resolution 0.01 or 0.001 mm)
• Digital indicator with MIN-MAX function, setting up of measuring direction, switch mm / Inch, and optional data transfer via cable or DIAWIRELESS

Centering of bores and shafts – DIACATOR, allows the centrical alignment of bores.

• Easy to use, the machine is in motion during the aligning operation
• Bores from 1.5 mm to 340 mm/ 0.06“ to 13.4“
• External diameters from 5 mm to 110 mm/0.2“ to 4.3“
• Chucking possible for collet chuck, jaw chuck, internal cone
• Especially suitable to find reference positions on CNC machines
